LoboTime: UNM's New Unified Timekeeping System

The University of New Mexico has taken a significant step toward modernizing its processes with the development of a unified timekeeping system. As of Feb. 21 all UNM departments are live in the new LoboTime Timekeeping System and we encorage employees to continue using this site for resources and support. 

This project supports  UNM’s 2040 Strategic Plan, Goal #5: One University, by streamlining processes, integrating systems, and delivering better service to employees and departments. 

Steps to Download and Troubleshoot the Mobile App: 

• Download UKG Pro in the iOS App store (Apple) or Google Play store (Android)
• To connect the app to UNM LoboTime enter the workspace URL: https://lobotime.unm.edu/#login or use this workspace QR code:

Troubleshooting: Not connecting?

• Try deleting and re-downloading the app if it does not connect or gets stuck “loading”
• If entering the URL manually, ensure you include the https:// in the URL link
• Ensure you select the SSO login option to prevent having to enter the workspace every time you open the app

While this change aligns with UNM's 2040 Strategic Plan, we understand that it also comes with a new workflow that requires new skills and setting aside extra time to learn an entirely new system.
