LoboTime: UNM's New Unified Timekeeping System

The University of New Mexico is taking a significant step toward modernizing its processes with the development of a unified timekeeping system.  This project supports  UNM’s 2040 Strategic Plan, Goal #5: One University, by streamlining processes, integrating systems, and delivering better service to employees and departments.

Announcements

After a successful launch for current LoboTime Departments in the new system HR, IT, and Payroll have shifted their focus to Banner Time Entry Departments going live in the system Feb. 21.

We’re excited to announce that all Org Managers are gaining access to the LoboTime Testing Site and attending weekly User Acceptance Training (UAT) Sessions.

Managers and Supervisors should strive to have their training in Learning Central completed by Jan. 23. This will ensure you are getting the most out of the UAT Sessions ahead of going live in the new system. Employees are encouraged to complete their training by Feb. 13, ahead of the Feb. 21 launch date.

All employees with comp time balances are encouraged to use any comp time earned by Feb. 20 to have a smooth transition into the new system.
